Cheating Online Casinos

They may have rigged software, they may change their terms in the middle of your relationship with them, they may lock you out for winning. Fortunately, there are things you can do to lessen your chances of being cheated by an online casino. Some are easier and some are harder. We'll run down a list...
1.) In our opinion the most important thing you can do is read the terms of any casino account you set up and/or the terms of any bonus you collect. They may even be telling you that they are cheating you. If that is the case, you really cheated yourself by not paying attention.
2.) Stick with casinos that have a good reputation or with casino software that has a good reputation. Casino software is often licensed to operators of online casinos. Some software manufacturers don't care who they license, and that often reflects badly on their brand. In general, we prefer Microgaming casinos. It is important to keep up with recent developments. Even such reputable operations like Real Time Gaming have had problems recently.
3.) Take screenshots wherever possible. When you download a new casino, start a folder for that casino. Keep the casino files in that folder along with a text file for notes and another folder for screen captures.
4.) Take screen captures of the terms and save them. While reading the terms is a good idea, you can't be expected to memorize the terms of any casino bonus you accept. A screen capture will verify your memory if the casino tries to cheat you and change the terms while you are playing your free bonus money.
5.) Take screen captures of any big casino wins. This is a must. A casino has much more incentive to cheat you if you've hit an extremely large jackpot or other big win. There are many that think you need special programs to do screen captures. In many cases, you don't. In windows, simply press the "print screen" button. Then go into an image editing program, open a blank image, and press "Ctrl" and "v" at the same time. Your screen shot will be pasted into the blank image. Make sure you test and try this method before you hit the jackpot.
6.) If you have a legitimate complaint, don't go it alone. Collect your evidence and contact people like us who will help. If we can't resolve your dispute, we can point you in the direction of people who can. Honest casino portals have a responsibility to protect their players from unfair practices.
